China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 1313) has announced that, effective 24 October 2025, an independent non-executive director will step down, and a non-executive director will be appointed, alongside several adjustments to the composition of its board committees.

Mr. SHEK Lai Him Abraham has resigned as independent non-executive director, as well as chairperson and member of several board committees, citing other work arrangements. He confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board and no other matters requiring attention.

On the same date, Mr. LI Nan will become a non-executive director. His affiliations include serving as a designated external director of business units of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, working at China Resources Corporate Service (Shenzhen) Limited, and holding directorships at Oatly Group AB and China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited. He joined China Resources Group in 2002 and has served in various managerial roles.

On 24 October 2025, there will also be changes in the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, and Risk and Compliance Committee. In particular, Mr. TANG Yi Hoi will assume the chair of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and become a member of the Nomination Committee, while Mr. GONG Xiaofeng will join the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, Audit Committee, and Risk and Compliance Committee. The board has expressed its gratitude to Mr. SHEK for his contributions and extended a warm welcome to Mr. LI.
