The company had previously filed for a listing on October 31, 2025. Lupeng Biotech is a biopharmaceutical company that possesses its self-developed BeyondX oral drug chemistry platform, focusing on designing, discovering, clinically developing, and commercializing high-bioavailability oral drugs for global cancer and autoimmune disease patients. The company has established a product pipeline comprising six major candidate products, three of which are core assets in the new drug application and clinical stages, namely the core products LP-168, LP-108, and LP-118.
