According to the company's announcement dated November 28, 2025, the company was unable to publish its full-year results for the year ended August 31, 2025, by November 30, 2025, as required under GEM Listing Rule 18.49, because its auditor needed additional time to collect and review the necessary information to finalize the audit work.
