On 30 April 2026, Vital Innovations Holdings Limited (“Vital Inno”) published its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular dated the same day, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the related form of proxy.

The documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.vitalinno.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies will receive the full set by post.

Vital Inno strongly encourages shareholders to review the web versions and to switch to electronic delivery for all future corporate communications. Shareholders who experience difficulty with email notifications or online access may request hard copies at no cost. To do so, they must complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) using the prepaid label provided, or by email to 6133-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a functional email address on record is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until an active address is supplied, Vital Inno will continue to send publication notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
