WebX Holding Group Limited has signed a second supplemental placing agreement with its placing agent, pushing back the long-stop date for completing the planned new-share placing from 23 October 2026 to 13 November 2026.

The placing—conducted under the company’s existing general mandate—remains subject to the original conditions precedent set out in the placing agreement and its previous supplement. Apart from the revised deadline, all other terms and conditions are unchanged.

Management reiterated that completion of the transaction is not assured, and shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
