The latest Form 4 filing shows that Infleqtion, Inc. (INFQ) director and Chief Executive Officer Matthew John Kinsella exercised stock options on May 22, 2026, acquiring 545,824 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.90 per share (transaction code M). On the same day, he executed multiple open‑market sales (code S), disposing of 75,681 shares, 453,865 shares and 16,278 shares at weighted average prices between roughly $15.8 and $18.2, reducing his directly held common stock to zero. In addition, 112,065 shares were sold on May 22 through Kinsella Investment Holdings, LLC, with 448,262 shares remaining afterward, and another 112,065 shares were sold on May 26, leaving 336,197 shares in that entity. He also continues to hold additional shares indirectly through family trusts. According to the remarks, the shares sold represent less than 9% of his prior beneficial holdings, and he still beneficially owns about 3.4% of the company’s outstanding stock. While this appears to be a combination of option exercise and profit‑taking, concentrated CEO sales can be interpreted as a mildly bearish signal, warranting monitoring of subsequent insider activity and company fundamentals.
