Shirble Department Store Holdings (China) Limited (Shirble Store) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that the company’s capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month.
The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 15.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.50 billion. Issued share capital was likewise steady at 2.50 billion shares, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled.
