In accordance with its articles of association, the board has announced nominations for the re-election of directors to the eighth board of directors. Mr. Zhang Mingwen and Mr. Wang Kunhui have been nominated for re-election as executive directors. Mr. Ye Chengzhi, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, and Mr. Zheng Xiaozhe have been nominated for re-election as non-executive directors. Mr. Shao Ruiqing, Mr. Chen Guoliang, and Mr. Wu Daqi have been nominated for re-election as independent non-executive directors. The proposed appointments will be presented as an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting and will take effect upon approval by shareholders.
