KINGFAR PROPERTY (01354) announced that on October 30, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gatai Property, entered into a procurement framework agreement with KINGFAR Supply Chain. Under this agreement, Gatai Property Group will purchase certain food ingredients from KINGFAR Supply Chain from November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

To align with the group's diversified development strategy and overcome its revenue growth bottleneck, Gatai Property is actively expanding its value-added services. One of its core initiatives includes providing food ingredient distribution services to certain schools. This move aims to enhance Gatai Property's sustainable operational capabilities, optimize and upgrade the group's business structure, and ultimately drive revenue growth. By entering into the procurement framework agreement with KINGFAR Supply Chain, Gatai Property will secure a relatively stable supply of goods and competitive procurement prices. Additionally, this collaboration will enable Gatai Property to strengthen quality control and improve its overall service standards.
