On October 30, 2025, Shaoyang City held the "Asset Revitalization and Financing Strategies" symposium to discuss the revitalization of existing assets. Yi Honghai emphasized that revitalizing existing assets is a systematic project, highlighting its significance in overcoming funding bottlenecks and optimizing resource allocation. He urged participants to identify practical entry points tailored to Shaoyang's conditions and apply insights from the symposium to asset inventory and project packaging. Additionally, he called for enhanced communication and collaboration between financial institutions and enterprises to introduce more high-quality resources and innovative financial tools to Shaoyang, driving new achievements in direct financing.
