THAC Group (Holdings) Limited (formerly Classified Group (Holdings) Limited) has changed its English name to THAC Group (Holdings) Limited and adopted the Chinese name 一木集團（控股）有限公司, effective 15 December 2025. The company’s registration in Hong Kong was updated on 06 January 2026 to reflect its new English and Chinese names.

Starting at 9:00 a.m. on 23 January 2026, the English stock short name on GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong changes from “CLASSIFIED GP” to “THAC GROUP,” while the new Chinese stock short name becomes “一木集團.” The stock code remains 8232. Existing share certificates remain valid, and new share certificates will be issued under the updated name from 23 January 2026. The change does not affect shareholder rights or the group’s operations and financial position.
