VPOWER GROUP (01608) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting revenue of HK$612 million, representing a 25% year-on-year decline. The company recorded shareholders' attributable profit of HK$20.683 million, compared to a loss of HK$138.6 million in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$0.31 cents.

In the first half of 2025, leveraging the robust business network of its controlling shareholder, the Group steadily advanced its strategic positioning in the distributed power generation market while promoting the gradual construction and implementation of various projects. As projects progressively commence operations, the business foundation continues to strengthen, creating favorable conditions for future profitability enhancement.

Through continuous optimization of business structure and improvement of operational efficiency, the Group is making solid progress toward its long-term development objectives. Additionally, the Group implemented strategic asset management measures and successfully completed asset disposals, which not only effectively reduced financial costs but also drove the turnaround from losses to profitability.
