On July 27, XPeng Inc. (NYSE: XPEV) officially announced its long-term strategy for Australia, as shared by the company's official channels.

The announcement was made during a recent event in Melbourne, where XPeng Inc. revealed plans to introduce five all-new models to the Australian market within the next six months. The company also aims to further develop its local sales and service network during this period.

According to earlier reports, the GX vehicle—currently the largest SUV in XPeng Inc.'s lineup—is confirmed for the Australian market, with an expected price exceeding AUD 100,000 (approximately RMB 474,000 based on current exchange rates). In China, the GX offers a six-seat configuration and is available in both all-electric and extended-range versions.
