Boustead Singapore (F9D) to Apply Scrip Dividend Scheme for FY2026 Payouts

Boustead Singapore (F9D) said on May, 25 2026 that its Scrip Dividend Scheme will be offered for the proposed final and special tax-exempt dividends of 4.0 and 4.5 Singapore cents per share, respectively, for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026.

The scrip option, which allows investors to receive new shares instead of cash, remains subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Eligible shareholders on the register at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 11 2026 may elect to participate in the scheme. Notices of Election are slated to be dispatched on or about Aug, 21 2026.

Shareholders with registered addresses outside Singapore must furnish a local address to the company or to CDP by 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 3 2026 in order to take part in the scheme. The record and payment dates for the dividends will be provided in a separate announcement.
