Qing Hua Holding appoints Emily Yau as Company Secretary following Jip Ki Chi’s resignation

Qing Hua Holding Group Company Limited announced that Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer Jip Ki Chi resigned, effective 15 July 2026, and simultaneously ceased to serve as one of the authorised representatives under GEM Listing Rule 5.24. Jip confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder attention.

To ensure seamless corporate governance, the Board engaged DRJ Limited to provide corporate secretarial services. DRJ nominated Emily Yau Wing Tung—currently a senior consultant at the firm—as Company Secretary, Hong Kong Process Agent and authorised representative, with all roles effective 15 July 2026.

Yau holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Accounting from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her professional background includes more than eight years in auditing, accounting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with prior experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong. She meets the qualification requirements of GEM Listing Rule 5.14 for company secretaries.

The Board expressed gratitude to Jip Ki Chi for his service and extended a formal welcome to Emily Yau. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises one executive director, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
