WS-SK TARGET (08427) announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion took place on December 11, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. A total of 216,000 shares (representing approximately 1.32% of the company's issued share capital immediately before completion and about 1.30% of the enlarged issued share capital after the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares) were issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$19.93 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription, approximately HK$4.24 million, will be utilized as disclosed in the announcement.
