ANTA Sports Products Limited (referred to as “ANTA Sports” in the 26 January 2026 announcement) earlier disclosed a major transaction involving the acquisition of 29.06% equity interest in PUMA SE. According to a subsequent notification dated 13 February 2026, a waiver application was submitted to delay dispatch of the relevant circular due to additional time required to finalize certain information.

On 3 March 2026, the Stock Exchange granted the waiver under Rule 14.41(a), allowing ANTA Sports to extend the deadline for dispatch of the circular to on or before 24 April 2026. This extension is intended to accommodate the inclusion of further details in the circular in relation to the acquisition of the 29.06% equity interest in PUMA SE.
