On 28 July 2026, Wing Lee Development Construction Holdings Limited (Wing Lee Dev) announced that its English and Chinese Annual Report for the fiscal year 2025/26 has been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.winglee.com.hk) and the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company encourages shareholders and other stakeholders to access the online version. Non-registered holders who encounter difficulties receiving email notifications or accessing the web version may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 9639-ecom@vistra.com.

Future corporate communications—including annual, interim, and quarterly reports; meeting notices; and circulars—can also be requested in print. Until a functional email address is registered, notices of web publication will continue to be issued in printed form.
