The integrated travel company, Allegiant Travel (Nasdaq: ALGT), has scheduled its second quarter financial results conference call for Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Investors can listen to a live webcast of the call via the company's investor relations website, where a replay will also be archived in the Events & Presentations section.
The Las Vegas-based firm had previously raised its profit outlook for the quarter, driven by sustained travel demand and lower fuel costs experienced in June.
Following the completion of its acquisition of Sun Country Airlines on May 13, Allegiant now anticipates adjusted earnings per share for the combined entity in the second quarter of 2026 to be at least $1.25.
This updated guidance marks a significant improvement over the independent company's outlook issued on April 30, which had projected a loss of approximately $0.50 per share.
The revision is largely attributed to lower fuel expenses, with the company now forecasting an average fuel cost per gallon of approximately $4.20 for Q2, down from a prior estimate of $4.35.
It was reported that jet fuel prices fell by roughly 31% during the April to June period.
On a standalone basis, Allegiant expects its total revenue per available seat mile for the second quarter to increase by more than 23% year-over-year.
At its core, Allegiant Travel is an airline that has focused since 1999 on connecting travelers from small and mid-sized cities to well-known U.S. vacation destinations through a network of exclusively nonstop flights and industry-low average fares.
