Geo Energy Resources Limited (RE4) announced on Nov, 24 2025 that it transferred 63,000 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of options granted under its share option scheme.

Following the transfer, the company’s treasury share balance fell to 1,977,467 from 2,040,467, representing 0.138% of total shares outstanding, compared with 0.142% before the transaction.

The shares transferred carry an aggregate value of about 0.02 million Singapore dollars.
