MOS HOUSE (01653) announced that the group expects to record a profit of no more than HK$3.1 million for the current period (the six months ending September 30, 2025), compared to a net profit of approximately HK$5 million in the same period last year. The board attributes the decline primarily to the combined impact of the following factors: (i) the absence of approximately HK$3 million in solar panel sales revenue recognized in the prior-year period; (ii) the group's share of losses from an associate of about HK$10,000 (2024: share of profit of approximately HK$2 million); and (iii) a partial offset from reduced operating costs.
