PALIBURG HOLD (00617) announced that the group expects to record a comprehensive loss attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$613 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 (2025 interim period), compared to a loss of HK$676 million recorded in the same period of 2024.

Property and hotel operations are the group's two major business segments. The group primarily engages in property business in Hong Kong and mainland China. Due to the sluggish real estate market conditions in both regions, revenue generated from the property segment decreased compared to the same period in 2024. However, the hotel business, conducted through the company's major listed subsidiary Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited, continued to perform steadily, contributing increased revenue compared to the previous comparable period.
