ANHUI EXPRESSWAY (00995) announced that the company intends to jointly increase capital in its associate company, Anhui JiaoKong Information Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "JiaoKong Information Industry" or the "target company"), alongside its controlling shareholder, Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anhui JiaoKong Group").

The capital increase will involve ANHUI EXPRESSWAY and Anhui JiaoKong Group subscribing to RMB 60.6383 million in registered capital of the target company with RMB 95 million each. The portion exceeding the registered capital will be recorded as capital reserve of the target company.

Upon completion of the transaction, ANHUI EXPRESSWAY's stake in the target company will rise from 10% to 36.76%.
