Wan Kei Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1718) announced a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 September 2025. Based on preliminary assessment of its unaudited consolidated financial statements, the Group expects to record a net profit of not less than HK$1 million, reversing the approximate net loss of HK$11.739 million reported for the same period in 2024.

According to the announcement, the turnaround is mainly driven by a sizable foundation construction project with higher gross profit margin, a decrease in general and administrative expenses, a fair value gain on financial assets of about HK$1.339 million, and a gain on disposal of subsidiaries of around HK$985,000. The interim results are still being finalized and are scheduled for release on 28 November 2025. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
