According to statistics from Haikou Customs, from the implementation of Hainan's new outlying island duty-free policy in November 2025 to April 30, 2026, customs-supervised duty-free shopping sales amounted to RMB 22.22 billion. The number of shoppers reached 2.973 million, with total shopping items hitting 17.45 million. These figures represent year-on-year increases of 22.6%, 9.4%, and 5.5%, respectively.

Huatai Securities previously issued a research note stating that CTG DUTY-FREE's revenue growth in Hainan for the first quarter was impressive, with effective cost control leading to a significant improvement in profitability. Against the backdrop of policy benefits, the company is pursuing both organic growth and external expansion, accumulating long-term growth momentum. The expectation is for the duty-free leader to further consolidate its market position.
