Mr. Lau is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2011). With over 14 years of experience spanning financial management, auditing and regulatory compliance, and prior roles in Hong Kong-listed company subsidiaries and auditing firms, Mr. Lau satisfies the company secretary qualification requirements specified in GEM Listing Rule 5.14. The Board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Lau upon his appointment.
