Yuzhou Group posts RMB482 million contracted sales in March; Q1 total reaches RMB1.37 billion

Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited reported contracted sales of RMB482.00 million for March 2026, generated from 37,351 sq.m. of floor area at an average selling price (ASP) of RMB12,907 per sq.m. Housing units used to offset construction costs accounted for RMB34.00 million of the monthly figure, representing 3,721 sq.m. at an ASP of RMB10,756 per sq.m.

Segment contribution in March • Subsidiaries delivered RMB235.00 million in contracted sales from 18,824 sq.m. (ASP: RMB12,500 per sq.m.), including RMB17.00 million of construction-offset units. • Associates contributed RMB205.00 million from 14,340 sq.m. (ASP: RMB14,261 per sq.m.), with RMB14.00 million arising from construction-offset units. • Joint ventures added RMB42.00 million from 4,187 sq.m. (ASP: RMB10,098 per sq.m.), of which RMB3.00 million were construction-offset units.

First-quarter 2026 performance For the three months ended March 2026, Yuzhou Group recorded aggregated contracted sales of RMB1.37 billion, covering 108,232 sq.m. at an ASP of RMB12,700 per sq.m. Construction-offset sales totaled RMB161.00 million, representing 15,751 sq.m. at an ASP of RMB10,205 per sq.m.

Q1 breakdown by business entity • Subsidiaries: RMB676.00 million (50,992 sq.m.; ASP: RMB13,252 per sq.m.)—construction-offset portion RMB97.00 million. • Associates: RMB600.00 million (47,846 sq.m.; ASP: RMB12,561 per sq.m.)—construction-offset portion RMB39.00 million. • Joint ventures: RMB98.00 million (9,394 sq.m.; ASP: RMB10,411 per sq.m.)—construction-offset portion RMB25.00 million.
