CITIC Bank has issued an implementation announcement regarding the distribution of preferred stock dividends.

Based on a coupon dividend rate of 4.08% for CITIC You 1, a cash dividend of RMB 4.08 per preferred share (including tax) will be distributed.

With the issuance volume of CITIC You 1 standing at 350 million shares as the base, the bank will distribute a total of RMB 1.428 billion (including tax) in cash dividends for this round of preferred stock.

The dividend distribution date is scheduled for October 26, 2026.
