CGN Power Co., Ltd. (01816) reported that as of 28 February 2026, the total authorized or registered share capital stood at 50.50 billion shares, comprising 11.16 billion H shares and 39.34 billion A shares. The H share figure remained unchanged compared to the previous month, while the number of A shares increased by 10,284 shares.

According to the announcement, part of the company’s A share convertible corporate bonds (totaling approximately RMB4.90 billion) was converted during the month. A total of 10,284 new A shares were issued at a conversion price of RMB3.67. The bonds have been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 25 July 2025, with the conversion period running from 15 January 2026 to 8 July 2031.
