This growth is primarily attributed to the continuous expansion of the self-operated B2C retail product categories and SKUs, as well as enhanced user experience through improved information security measures and more professional consulting services.

During the reporting period, ALI HEALTH actively developed a "launch platform for new and specialty drugs," focusing on disease areas such as diabetes, hair loss treatment, insomnia, and rhinitis. Throughout the reporting period, the group further integrated and optimized its pharmaceutical logistics network layout, continuously expanding the combination of general medicine warehouse networks and cold chain warehouse networks. Cold chain warehouses were extended to cities including Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Kunshan, Zhengzhou, and Chengdu, completing a new round of iterative layout.

In the medical and health services sector, by the end of the reporting period, the total number of licensed physicians, pharmacists, and nutritionists contracted to provide online health consultation services for the group increased by 12.4% year-on-year to nearly 270,000 (including Xiaolu Traditional Chinese Medicine).
