• Scale of Cancellation: The cancelled shares—1.38 million bought on 2 September at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 7.1789 and 0.17 million bought on 3 September at HKD 7.1834—represent a combined 0.04% of the company’s pre-cancellation issued share capital.

• Revised Share Capital: After cancellation, XtalPi’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 4.30 billion from 4.30 billion, while treasury shares remained unchanged at 0.30 million.

• Pending Cancellations: An additional 0.98 million shares repurchased on 11 September 2026 for HKD 6.8883 per share remain in treasury awaiting cancellation, equal to 0.02% of the latest issued share base.

The board confirmed that all buybacks complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements, and that all repurchase considerations have been duly settled.
