WeiJing Technology has secured an additional tens of millions of yuan in financing, according to sources familiar with the matter. This latest round was led by a private equity subsidiary of GTHT, marking a strategic follow-up investment.

The fresh capital injection, backed by a major securities firm, is expected to bolster the company's cash reserves, enhance its shareholder structure, and improve corporate governance. Industry observers suggest the move may be preparatory for an IPO, aligning with both business development and the broader capital market environment.

The funds will be primarily allocated to core chip technology research and development, product upgrades, automotive-grade certification, and market expansion. WeiJing Technology plans to deepen its focus on core business, driving innovation through continuous optimization of product solutions. It aims to strengthen its presence in key end-side AI applications, such as smart vision, intelligent driving, and robotics, accelerating the intelligent upgrade of downstream industries and boosting market penetration.

Public records show that WeiJing Technology specializes in providing localized computing power for the physical AI era, covering three major end-side AI scenarios: smart vision, autonomous driving, and robotics. In February of this year, the company had already completed a 300 million yuan funding round, with participation from institutions like Junxin Capital and the Jiangbei New Area High-Quality Fund, alongside notable investors such as Shenzhen Capital Group, Linxin Investment, Huaye Tiancheng, Yuanjing Capital, and Mingshi Ventures.

The company's products are already deployed in smart security, consumer vision, smart homes, and drones, achieving mass production at leading global enterprises. This has generated stable revenue while refining core technologies. Meanwhile, WeiJing Technology has made substantive progress in intelligent driving, with solutions now compatible with mainstream autonomous driving approaches and formally integrated into production vehicles at top manufacturers like Dongfeng. It is also exploring the two-wheeler market to unlock additional high-value commercial opportunities.

Looking ahead, WeiJing Technology intends to extend its unified "vision + AI" platform into the robotics sector, positioning itself as a key player in next-generation intelligent computing and building long-term growth momentum.
