Wing Tai Properties Limited on Mar, 27 2026 reported a consolidated loss attributable to shareholders of about S$291 million for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, narrowing from a loss of roughly S$435 million a year earlier.

Group revenue slipped 6% year on year to approximately S$165 million, mainly reflecting lower sales of remaining units at its OMA by the Sea project.

Excluding non-cash valuation and impairment charges of around S$313 million, core profit attributable to shareholders rose to about S$21 million from S$16 million in 2024. The improvement was driven by a S$6 million gain on the disposal of a London office property and reduced finance costs.

The board recommended an unchanged final dividend of HK4.0 cents per share, bringing total dividends for 2025 to HK7.0 cents per share. Subject to approval at the annual general meeting on May, 28 2026, the final dividend will be paid on or around Jun, 22 2026 to shareholders on record as of Jun, 4 2026.

During the year the group sold its Brook Street commercial property in London for about S$77 million, booking a gain of roughly S$6 million. In March 2026 it completed the sale of another London asset at Berkeley Square for about S$47 million, expected to generate a gain of about S$20 million in 2026.

As at Dec, 31 2025, total bank and other borrowings stood at roughly S$1.21 billion, with a gearing ratio of 22.1%. Cash and undrawn revolving loan facilities amounted to about S$4.12 billion.

The group’s Central Crossing mixed-use project in Hong Kong topped out and is scheduled for completion in 2026, while pre-sales at the Cloudview and UNI Residence residential projects have commenced.
