• Share capital unchanged As of 20 August 2026, issued ordinary shares remained at 5.32 billion, with no treasury shares on hand. No new shares were issued during the period under review.

• Repurchases pending cancellation – 19 August 2026: 2.02 million shares bought back at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.37 per share. – 20 August 2026: 0.85 million shares repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging HKD 0.37–0.38, averaging HKD 0.3785 per share. Aggregate consideration for the day amounted to HKD 0.32 million. The two-day total stands at 2.87 million shares, equivalent to 0.054% of the company’s issued share capital, awaiting formal cancellation.

• Headroom under 2026 buyback mandate Shareholders granted a general mandate on 22 May 2026 allowing the repurchase of up to 531.55 million shares (10% of shares in issue at that date). To date, 2.87 million shares have been repurchased, utilising 0.05% of the authorised limit, leaving substantial capacity for further buybacks.

• 30-day issuance lock-up In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Pou Sheng is restricted from issuing new shares until 20 September 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase transaction.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules, and full consideration for the purchases has been settled.
