GIGADEVICE Semiconductor Inc. (兆易創新科技集團股份有限公司) disclosed that Chairman and Executive Director Zhu Yiming completed a planned reduction of his A-share holdings between 6 May and 12 June 2026. Zhu disposed of 11.11 million A shares—equivalent to 1.58% of the company’s total share capital—via 6.90 million shares sold through centralized bidding and 4.21 million shares through block trades.
The transactions were executed within a price range of RMB339.44 to RMB538.90 per share, generating total proceeds of approximately RMB4.40 billion.
Following the divestment, Zhu’s direct stake declined to 34.65 million A shares, or 4.94% of the company. Together with concert-party vehicle InfoGrid Limited, Zhu now controls 47.70 million A shares, representing 6.80% of GIGADEVICE’s share capital.
Zhu has formally undertaken not to further reduce his shareholding in GIGADEVICE for 12 months starting 29 July 2026. The company confirmed that the share-sale process was completed in line with prior disclosures and complied with all relevant regulatory requirements.
