1445 GMT - Tesco PLC is among the most mentioned companies across news items over the past four hours, according to Factiva data after the group acquired Paperchase's name and other intellectual property. The deal, however, doesn't include Paperchase's 106 shops in the U.K. and Ireland, leaving the future of 820 jobs at risk. In another statement, Tesco said it will lay off around 2,100 employees, including 1,750 lead managers across its large stores after a major new management structure roll out.
