NCR Names Chairs, Boards of Split Companies

NCR Corp. named the chairs and boards of directors of NCR Atleos and NCR Voyix, the two companies that will be formed by its split.

The enterprise-technology company said Wednesday that Joseph Reece, current board chairman of NCR, would serve as board chairman of Atleos. Reece is also a managing partner of SilverBox Capital.

James Kelly, former chief executive of EVO Payments before it was acquired by Global Payments, will serve as board chairman of Voyix.

The Atleos board will also include CEO Timothy Oliver, as well as ACI Worldwide CEO Odilon Almeida, Equifax CEO Mark Begor and former CWT CEO Michelle Frymire.

The Voyix board will include CEO David Wilkinson, Blackstone senior managing director Gregory Blank, operating executive of The Carlyle Group Georgette Kiser, and former BJ's Wholesale CEO Laura Sen.

The two split companies are set to begin trading under separate tickers effective Oct. 17.
