Marsh McLennan's (MMC) unit Mercer is set to announce the acquisition of pension manager Cardano, which oversees more than 50 billion British pounds ($63.71 billion) in assets, the Financial Times reported Tuesday, citing two unnamed people familiar with the situation.
The acquisition is expected to expand Mercer's footprint in the UK workplace pension market, the report said.
