TenX Keane Acquisition (TENK) shareholders approved the company's proposed merger with Citius Pharmaceuticals' (CTXR) oncology unit. The combined company will be renamed Citius Oncology Inc.

TenX shares skyrocketed 192% as intraday trading volume surged to over 1.3 million from a daily average of about 11,000.

Zevra Therapeutics (ZVRA) shares soared after the company said Friday that a US Food and Drug Administration advisory committee voted in favor of the data supporting arimoclomol as a treatment for patients with Niemann-Pick disease Type C, an inability of the body to transport cholesterol and other lipids within the cell.

Shares advanced 29% as intraday trading volume rose to over 7.4 million versus the stock's daily average of about 406,000.

Thoughtworks (TWKS) said Monday it entered into a definitive merger agreement in which an affiliate of funds advised by Apax Partners will buy all outstanding Thoughtworks common stock that they do not already own for $4.40 per share.

Shares rose 26% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 35.6 million from a daily average of about 797,000.
