Hanryu (HRYU) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company said it intends to file an updated plan to regain compliance by Sept. 4.
Hanryu filed its 2023 annual report on Form 10-K late on July 16 and has a maximum of 180 days, or until Oct. 14, to regain compliance.
