Digilife Technologies (SGX:BAI) has postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM), originally scheduled for Aug. 30 at 11:00 am, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The meeting, set to discuss proposed transactions, will be rescheduled following shareholder feedback.

The board of directors cited the need for additional time to address shareholder sentiments regarding the proposed transactions. The EGM and associated resolutions have been delayed, and a new date for the meeting will be announced in due course.
