Yongnam Holdings (SGX:AXB) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Yongnam Engineering & Construction (YNEC), have officially started a winding process, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The High Court of Singapore has also released the company's judicial managers from liability with KPMG appointed as liquidators.
