Jasper Investments Secures Extensions for AGM and Sustainability Report

Jasper Investments (SGX:FQ7) has obtained extensions from Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte. Ltd. for compliance with Listing Manual rules, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company now has until Oct. 31 to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for financial years ending March 31, 2023, and March 31, 2024, and until Oct. 15 to issue its sustainability report for FY24.

The extensions follow delays due to auditor changes and business expansion plans. T

he company will convene the AGM by Oct. 31 and issue the annual and sustainability reports by Oct. 15. Jasper Investments will also seek approval from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for additional time to hold the AGM.

The AGM is scheduled for Oct. 30.
