Elec-Tech International (SHE:002005) is planning to sell the idle assets of its subsidiaries, Dalian Dehao Optoelectronics and Dalian Dehao Semiconductor for 135 million yuan.
The assets will be sold to Dalian Derong Asset Operation, a subsidiary of Dalian Jinpu New District Management Committee, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The proposed sale is subject to board and shareholder approvals.
Elec-Tech International manufactures small appliances and LED products. Its shares closed 2% higher on Wednesday.
