CARE Ratings retained its BBB+ rating on Shiva Mills' (NSE:SHIVAMILLS, BOM:540961) long-term bank financing and A2 rating on the company's short-term bank financing, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.
The rating outlook is negative, the filing said.
Shares of the textile company fell 1% in recent trade.
