UMS Holdings (SGX:558, KLSE:UMS) said its proposed name change was duly approved by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore on Sept. 5, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company will now be called UMS Integration Ltd., effective Sept. 5. However, the trading counter name and the trading code will remain unchanged, the filing added.
