Ateam Changes Name to Reflect Transition into Holding Company
Ateam (TYO:3662) is changing its name to Ateam Holdings effective April 4, 2025 to reflect its transition to a holding company, according to its filing last Friday.
It has also established an upper limit to the number of directors to four or more to eight or less, and audit &supervisory committee members from three or more to five or less.
