Eneco Energy (SGX:R14) has utilized around SG$6.7 million of the proceeds from its recent shares placement cum warrants issue, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.

The total amount raised through this offering was SG$15.7 million.

Of the total, SG$6.7 million were utilized for repayment of loans, growth, development and expansion of existing businesses, and for working capital needs.

The remaining balance of proceeds now stands at SG$9.0 million.
