CRE Inc. Increases Stake in CRE Logistics REIT to 4% After Acquiring Additional Units
CRE Logistics REIT (TYO:3487), a Japanese real estate investment trust specializing in logistics facilities, said that its sponsor, CRE, Inc., has completed the additional acquisition of 2,500 investment units, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
This acquisition increases CRE's ownership in the REIT to 4% from 3.6%. CRE now holds 25,050 units out of the 627,700 units issued by CRE Logistics REIT.
