KH Corp., RH Corp. Acquire 6 Million Shares in ExaWizards

ExaWizards (TYO:4259), which provides AI and digital transformation services, said KH Corporation and RH Corporation are set to acquire 6 million shares in the company from major shareholder Makoto Haruta.

This acquisition will result in both companies collectively holding over 5% of ExaWizards' voting rights, a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange said.

KH Corporation and RH Corporation are asset management firms funded by and represented by Makoto Haruta. This off-market transaction will increase the ratio of voting rights to total shareholders' voting rights to 7.28%.
